London, UK, 6 November 2008 – Core in conjunction with Microsoft has recently showcased the latest Enterprise Project Management (EPM) solution at Core's ‘Introduction to EPM Seminar’ in November at Microsoft’s offices in Victoria, London.
In this seminar, Core successfully demonstrated the new features of Microsoft Office Project 2007. Core also illustrated the new functionality in Project Web Access including resource plans, multi-project and programme management support features, and new time sheeting features.
Attendees learned how EPM leverages an organisations people, processes, and technology to generate the change needed to keep them current and competitive, which in turn enables them to accomplish their strategic objectives.
During the seminar Core successfully showed how to optimise the full benefits of the EPM solution. Core demonstrated how the Microsoft EPM solution provides a straightforward route to a highly sophisticated, enterprise level portfolio management solution. Also, how it can be customised and works in conjunction with third party project management software, allowing an organisation to extend their solution incrementally.
Core provided attendees on the day with a 2007 Microsoft Office Project EPM 'Information pack' including brochures, and self running demos, as well as PowerPoint decks, presentations deployment strategies and services to assist customers in their adoption of the solution.
